How long does the visa process take?

Most UAE visas are processed in 24–48 hours. Express same-day options are available for urgent travel. We confirm a turnaround time when you enquire.

What documents do I need?

Typically a passport copy (valid 6+ months), a passport-size photo, and your travel details. Our document concierge checks everything before submission.

How long are my documents valid for?

We accept bank transfer, major debit/credit cards, and popular UAE payment apps. Payment is only requested after we confirm your visa type and price with you — never upfront.

Do you offer refunds?

If a visa application is rejected for reasons within our control, we offer a full refund. Refund eligibility is confirmed with you before any payment is taken.

What visa types do you offer?

What’s the difference between single and multiple entry visas?

A single-entry visa lets you enter the UAE once during its validity; a multiple-entry visa lets you enter and exit multiple times within the validity period — useful for frequent travellers.

Yes. Your personal details and documents are used solely to process your enquiry or application and are never sold or shared beyond what's required to complete your visa, tour or flight request.
